CANDLE care

We want you to love every moment of your Cicely & May candle. A little care will help it burn beautifully and last as long as possible.

For the best burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the jar on the first use. This helps to prevent tunnelling and encourages an even burn throughout the life of your candle.

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 5mm. This helps your candle burn cleanly and evenly.

Always place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from anything that could be damaged by heat.

Never allow your candle to burn all the way to the bottom of the jar. Once approximately 5mm of wax remains, discontinue use.

And, as with any candle, never leave it burning unattended.
